The tenant orientation will be at the leasing office (111C New St) for all new EDS tenants. It will be a brief meeting to discuss our tenant packet that has information on tenant responsibilities, trash/recycling, leasing office contact info, etc. We will also provide a recycling bin to be used in your space.

This is a requirement for all new tenants and existing tenants that have recently renewed their lease.
